To help with new users, the default help provided by BPQMail can be somewhat insufficient, so here is one I authored myself that you may use as a template for your own. Edit as necessary.
Place the text into help.txt located in the main BPQ32/LinBPQ directory – Note: the file name is case sensitive and it may not already exist and have to be created.

File Server:

YAPP - Download file using YAPP protocol
READ <filename> - Read file as text
File Server Tips:
This is only a simple file server and does not support
subdirectories.
YAPP requires a client that supports it, such as QtTermTCP
and EasyTerm by UZ7HO. There are a huge range of DOS clients
that support YAPP.
